Two black straps made from webbing with rings on the end and an S hook. Products were offered for indiviual sale and also as a free gift with the purchase of a hammock.
What are the defects?
The stitching on the webbing may come apart.
What are the hazards?
Potential fall hazard should stitching come apart during use.
What should consumers do?
Please dispose of the product and email info@mexicanhammocks.com.au to confirm that the goods have been disposed of. Mayan Legacy will compensate consumers who were given the strap for free with a $10 refund to your Credit Card or Paypal account and will refund in full those consumers who purchased the goods separately.
