What are the defects?
The product does not comply with the requirements of the ban on baby dummy chains with unsafe decorations, 'Consumer Protection Notice No. 34 of 2011'.
The product exceeds the required length, and small parts are able to be detached.
What are the hazards?
If small parts detach during use, this poses a potential choking hazard for young children.
What should consumers do?
Consumers should immediately stop using the dummy chain and contact Teenee Tot at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a full refund of the purchase price.
