Orford Refrigeration—Hot Box Oven
What are the defects?
The ovens have been manufactured with incorrect wiring in the electrical panel. They have been wired with no thermal protection on the heating elements. The circuit needs to be modified so that the safety thermostat is in the same circuit as the heating elements. Under size 7.5 amp wire has been used to supply power to the relay contact. This needs to be upgraded to the correct 15 amp wire.
