12mm/48" bungee cords, barcode 9325184006275 or 6 piece bungee cord packs, barcode 9325184006596 sold under the "Provalue Tools" Brand without the following yellow warning label permanently attached: "Warning: Avoid eye injury. DO NOT overstretch."

What are the defects?

Do not have yellow warning labels permanently attached to the cords as required by the SA Trade Standards Regulations 2000.
