What are the defects?

The wiring does not comply with AS3100:1997 in that the colour coding is incorrect. Whilst this problem does not pose an immediate threat an electric shock hazard may arise if the standard colour coding was to be applied at any subsequent repair or modification.

What are the hazards?

Electric shock.

What should consumers do?

Contact Austech Industries on (07) 3875 1165 for instructions. The product is to be returned to Austech Industries for modification & then returned to consumer.
