Proposed mandatory standard for tobacco labelling (graphic health warnings): second round consultation paper released

The ACCC has released the second round consultation paper and is seeking comments on the proposed mandatory Tobacco Labelling (Graphic Health Warnings) Standard by 8 November 2011. It is intended to be in place by 1 January 2012, with full compliance required by 1 July 2012.
